- Transport
- The Organizing Committee will provide transportation between Hongqiao Airport (SHA) Pudong International Airport (PVG) and the official hotel, starting Monday, September 30, 2024, until Sunday, October 6, 2024. The Organizing Committee will also provide transportation between the official Hotel and SPD Bank Oriental Sports Center starting Tuesday, October 1, 2024. 11. OFFICIAL HOTELS The Organizing Committee will arrange hotel reservations for the participants at the following hotels: TEAMS HOTEL (for skaters, coaches, team officials, etc) Crowne Plaza Shanghai Pujiang No.3701 Chenhang Highway, Minhang District, Shanghai, China Phone: +86 21 3329 3688 OFFICIALS HOTEL (for technical panels, judges, etc) TBD (More details will be released in due course.)

- The Invitation Letter will be offered by Shanghai Trophy 2024 Organizing Committee. The applicants’ information needed as below: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality, Passport No., Passport Date of Expiry, Position/Title, Passport Copy. The deadline date for applying the Invitation Letter is Friday, September 6, 2024. Shanghai Trophy 2024, October 3–5, 2024, Shanghai/China Announcement for Figure Skating Competition 11 16. EXHIBITION All skaters/couples will give an Exhibition on Thursday, October 5, 2024 at 18:00. Extra fees for the gala are included in the prize money.
