Do I need an account to use FIGURA?
No. Browsing FIGURA's recorded directory, using its filters and opening every published competition card are free and need no signup. An account (just your email, no password) is only needed to save competitions to My Season and to use Pro features.

How do I sign in?
Go to Account and enter your email. We send a one-time sign-in link, no password to remember. The same link works on your other devices, so your saved season follows you.

How do I save a competition?
Open any competition and tap the star (Save). Saved events collect in My Season, which appears in the top menu once you're signed in.

Where do I see and manage my saved competitions?
In My Season. It lists everything you've saved, sorted by entry deadline (closed events sink to the bottom). Each card has a Remove button and a one-tap Add to calendar.

How many competitions can I save?
Free accounts can save up to 3. Pro is unlimited.

What does Pro include, and what does it cost?
$5/month: unlimited saves, your personal My Season plan, email reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before published entry deadlines, and one-click export to Google/Apple Calendar. Published organiser documents remain free on competition cards.

Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The 7-day Pro trial needs no card. When it ends you simply drop back to Free unless you choose to subscribe, nothing is ever charged automatically.

How do deadline reminders work?
For Pro accounts, we email you 7, 3 and 1 day before a published registration deadline for a saved competition. No reminder can be sent while the organiser has not published a deadline.

How do I add competitions to my calendar?
In My Season, use Export .ics to add your whole season at once, or + Calendar on any single card. Works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and any .ics-compatible app.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe's secure checkout. Prices are in USD; VAT may apply depending on your country.

How do I cancel?
One click from your Account. No lock-in and no cancellation fee, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

How accurate is the data, and how do I report an error?
Events come from ISU, national federations, organisers and official result systems. Coverage and verification vary by source; each card shows provenance when available. Use Improve this card to submit a source-backed correction for review; email us if the event is missing entirely.
