Music

The participating clubs are responsible for submitting their skaters’ music(s) in mp3 format as a direct attachment to musiques@csndg.org by Friday November 22, 2024. Please note: some music files might exceed the size of a regular email. In this case, an emailbased transfer service which allows to send large files could be used to send the file to the LOC. Each Skater must have their own back-up drive (USB stick) for each program in the format of a WAV or an MP3 file. The exact running time of the music (not skating time) must be communicated to the LOC when submitting the music and…

Practice ice

Unofficial practice ice will be available for purchase. They will take place on Friday from 1 pm to 5 pm, on Saturday and Sunday from 6 am to 8 am. The unofficial practice ice fee is 20€ for 30 minutes per skater with a maximum of 10 skaters per session. No refunds will be issued for those who do not appear or are late for their re- served sessions. Practice ice sessions are non-transferable.

Transport

The nearest airport to Epinal is Basel, with a distance of 100 km approx. to the city center. There is also Luxembourg. Transfer from Luxembourg Airport to Epinal Railway Station is frequent and easy. It takes 3 hours... If you land in Paris, you can take the train to Epinal from Gare de l'Est. If you arrive in Gare Louvigny-Lorraine TGV a coach can come to pick you up. It will cost 125€ for a return ticket (departure at 5pm from the station – return around 3pm at the station).
